Music and Wellbeing aims to contribute as much as possible to the local community and the wider public.
IMPACT is a measure of how our research, presentations, and papers/ books on music and wellbeing make a difference to how people think about a particular issue or intend to act in the future.
We would love to hear if Music and Wellbeing has had an impact on your life!
Impact could be anything; you might have learnt something new about music that means you want to try a new way of listening for yourself or someone else. You might intend to talk to your friend, colleague or boss about a way to involve music in your life or the lives of others. You may decide that you would like to study music and wellbeing issues in the future.
Whatever the impact of our work – however big or small – we would really appreciate it if you could leave us a little note here to tell us about it.
